Olympic Rent-A-Car Rental Policies
Driver & Age Requirements
- All renters must present a valid driver's license at the time of rental.
- Standard Renters: Ages 25-75
- Underage Renters: Ages 23-24
Underage Renters
- Must have a major credit card (no debit cards accepted).
- Must have full coverage insurance on their personal vehicle.
- Must have a copy of the insurance declaration page must be emailed to Olympic Rent A Car prior to the rental for manager approval.
- Underage Fee: $10.00/day (waived for active military with valid ID).
Payment Methods & Security Holds
Credit Cards- All major credit cards accepted.
- Security hold: $300 minimum.
Debit Cards
- Accepted if they display the Visa or Mastercard logo.
- Renter must own a personal vehicle.
- A copy of your vehicle insurance declaration page must be emailed to Olympic before your rental.
- If you do not have personal insurance, you cannot rent with a debit card.
- Security hold: $600 minimum.
NOTE: Insurance laws in the U.S. Virgin Islands differ from those in other states and countries. Renters using a debit card must email their auto insurance declaration page in advance or present it at vehicle pickup.

Coverage & Equipment
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Optional coverage available — can be added to your reservation.
- Child Safety Seat: $5.00 per day.
Additional Fees
- Additional Driver:
- $8.00/day per additional driver.
- Spouses rent free as additional drivers.
- Underage Fee:
- $10.00/day (ages 23-24).
- Waived for active military (ID required).
Vehicle Policy
- Vehicles are provided as shown or an equivalent model may be substituted based on availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations will be charged one day's rental fee.
Smoke-Free Policy
Olympic Rent A Car proudly maintains a 100% smoke-free fleet.To ensure every vehicle stays clean and fresh, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all Olympic vehicles.
